Mile 2 leverages its expertise in cognitive engineering and adaptive systems to tackle complex problems in the domain of intel analysis. Our cross-functional teams employ cutting-edge computational modeling and mixed simulations to enhance human-AI system collaboration. By focusing on distributed, joint planning, coordination, and control, we enable efficient big data analysis and event detection. Additionally, our solutions prioritize observability and explainability of complex analytics and autonomy, ensuring that operators can assess the impact of new technology insertion on team performance.
Our software development process focuses on the intersection of people, technology, and work; uncovering complexity and creating effective human-machine teams to address our client’s most significant challenges.
Mile 2 builds custom software tools across all levels of maturity that help our customers meet their objectives more effectively. Our customers approach us with challenging problems and tools that only partially accomplish what they want. We excel at serving customers that must have more tailored software support capabilities to achieve and exceed their current capability; to keep pace with an ever more complex work environment.
Watch Our Approach to SoftwareA universal data storage center for the improved documentation and organization of AFRL project data to enhance its discoverability and foster potential collaboration opportunities.
Currently, there are few-to-no data standards, and too many storage locations offered to our target users. DELVE will: be a common place to store data, describe and organize data for greater discoverability, offer secure sharing channels, give the ability to access data securely, and create opportunities to make contact with data owners directly. This resource and common ground will help align researchers, establish relationships across AFRL, foster collaboration, and ultimately improve the organization’s coordination allowing for better, faster decision making.
Simplifying the process of verifying the prices of parts.
Parts pricing simplifies the work by automating the process of ingesting Bills of Material (BOM), looking up historical pricing data, and running comparison algorithms between the costs.
The self-service platform for developing and operationalizing artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms for the Air Force.
The Air Force Cognitive Engine (ACE) provides people who need AI or ML access to the right algorithms, the data to solve operational needs, and the right compute resources to effectively solve their problems. ACE Hub provides subject matter experts efficient self-service provisioning of interactive development environments for exploratory data analysis. The ACE Catalog provides robust, versioned storage for models and data.
