Nurturing future innovators

Our internship program is designed to transition candidates between academia and building software solutions. The internship team may consist of developers, UX and UI designers, and human factors and CSE engineers. Each member will bring their expertise to the project and learn to work in a collaborative team environment to develop artifacts and deliverables. The team will lean on senior Mile 2 staff for expertise, guidance, and mentorship. Our core values have shaped our internship program with the goal of having a positive, long-lasting impact on our community and our people.
