Modeling & Simulation is the use of models (e.g., physical, mathematical, behavioral, or logical representation of a system, entity, phenomenon, or process) as a basis for simulations to develop data utilized for managerial or technical decision making. This is a core capability for understanding our partners’ processes, systems, and technologies. It quantitatively builds upon our work in scenario and vignette development and enables us to develop deeper domain expertise. Modeling and simulation is an activity that happens at all fidelity levels, which supports our iterative, multi-disciplinary approach.
