He is eager and driven to perform at the highest level and encourages and supports others to do the same… Paul’s tenacious approach to removing obstacles and keeping pace balances with his people-first approach to coaching and mentoring. We’re looking forward to the road ahead!”

What Paul says…

ABOUT PROFESSIONAL GROWTH:

“I definitely want to dive into the technical side of projects. As project leads and managers, our focus is on our people, our budget etc., but I plan on taking advantage of the training opportunities that Mile Two offers to its employees, like the Cognitive Systems Engineering (CSE) bootcamp with Dr. David Woods. Along with the training, I plan on spending more time with our software engineers and designers in the near future.”

ABOUT MILE TWO CULTURE:

“Mile Two’s culture is what drove me to join the company… Every single team member supports one another. Not only do we want our specific teams to succeed, but we thrive on seeing Mile Two succeed and are always willing to contribute where we can.”

What Chris’ leadership says…

“Chris Antonik is a great example of ‘supported autonomy’ in practice. He is an extremely capable manager and a natural leader. Since joining Mile Two, he has taken the lead for several projects. He has developed a team of designers and developers to take a CSE approach to building software applications. Chris supports them in their learning and using their resources to solve our customers’ most difficult problems.”

What Chris says…

ABOUT MILE TWO CULTURE

“Our collaborative culture allows me to continuously learn from others with different skill sets. Better understanding of different perspectives on problems strengthens my ability to solve diverse, challenging problems and improves my ability to lead cross-functional teams.”

ABOUT CORE VALUES

“[Our core values of] ‘supported autonomy’ is very important to me because it shows Mile Two has faith in me to succeed. I feel trusted to lead projects without having to provide constant justification for my decisions to leadership. And, I am empowered to seek out new opportunities to pursue my research interests and grow my own portfolio of products.”

What Chris says…

ABOUT MILE TWO CULTURE

“The collaboration and camaraderie among team members and between teams at Mile Two is incredible. It’s one thing to love what you do on a daily basis, but to enjoy who you do it with and who you do it for, makes all the difference in the world. That is the point where you realize you are at a place that you truly enjoy being at let alone working for. That epitomizes what Mile Two has built into the culture and I believe that is one of the major reasons they are successful!”

ABOUT CORE VALUES

“All of Mile Two’s core values are important but to me. I feel that both ‘humble expertise’ and ‘success is a team effort’ have the biggest impact on me. The depth and breadth of experience in different technologies at Mile Two is very interesting to me. Seeing people reach out to others within the company to discover if there is anyone with experience in remote technology areas, and they get a response within hours from multiple people, is really cool to see. In addition to the expertise, to have the collaborative discussions we have within the teams to establish, not only what the customer has told us they want to see but what they don’t know they will want in the future, is invaluable to the customer. It allows us to fix issues before the customer is even aware of them which facilitates an even better customer experience.”
