Mile Two offers two medical plans: a traditional PPO plan and an HSA. You can elect coverage for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner, and your dependents (if applicable). For employees in a high deductible plan, Mile Two will contribute half of the plan’s deductible.

Paid Time Off
160 hours for employees with less than five years of service. 200 hours for employees with five or more years of service.
Twenty days paid leave for parents of new children. Twelve weeks of unpaid leave for a new baby or care for yourself or family member due to injury or illness.

Our internship program is designed to transition candidates between academia and building software solutions. The internship team may consist of developers, UX and UI designers, and human factors and CSE engineers. Each member will bring their expertise to bear on the project and learn to work in a collaborative team environment to build a software-based solution. Our interns will work on an internal research and development project and the team will lean on senior Mile Two staff for expertise, guidance, and mentorship.
